Information about RV sites

and additional fees

•  Sites 11-26  have water, sewer, 50, and 30 AMP power.

• You are welcome to bring your personal propane firepit for your campsite, otherwise, feel free to use our community firepit. 

• After 2 guests there is an extra person charge for 12 years and up of $5.00 per night or $50 per month for monthly stays.

• Extra vehicles, ATVs, trailers, and boats $5.00 per night or $50 per month for monthly stays. Please note these fees do not apply to your tow vehicle 

• We are a pet-friendly park. Please note that after two dogs, there is a $5.00 fee per dog. No more than 4 dogs per site.

• Staying awhile? You can have mail and packages delivered. Just be sure to have your name and site number on the package.  

• We say THANK YOU to our Military, Veterans, Fire, and Police by offering a 10% Discount (this discount only applies to our daily and weekly rate. Not our monthly rate)

Cancellation Policies

• ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE BY PHONE

• By reserving a space with your credit card (as required for all reservations), you are authorizing and agreeing to our cancellation policy.

• Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures unless you provide 48 hours notice. 

• No refunds will be given for poor weather conditions (this includes smoke)- there are some things over which we have NO control.  

• The following weekends are considered "holidays" in the camping industry and are therefore non-refundable: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. You will be charged for your stay on the day you make a reservation. 

• All reservations and cancellations need to be done over the phone
